Sale conditions
1. The product may not be available in the store.
Promotions valid for existing units in stock. Compulab reserves the right to set a maximum number per customer.
Prices are valid during the promotion, except for spelling, photography or out-of-stock errors.
The photos may not match the description.
2. Your order will be processed immediately after payment confirmation;
3. In case of lack of a certain item, you will be contacted within 24 hours by the Compulab store that manages your order, with a replacement suggestion or information about its availability. After confirmation by the customer, due treatment will be given to the order;
4. Cancellations
4.1. If, after 48 hours of sending the email from Compulab confirming the order, payment has not been made, Compulab reserves the right to consider it cancelled, with the items being offered for sale again;
4.2. It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been processed by the Compulab store;
4.3. In the event of order errors attributable to the Compulab store, the customer will receive the correct item at no additional cost within the established deadlines;
4.4. Shipping costs cannot be refunded in the event of order errors attributable to the customer;
5. Pricing Policy
5.1. The website makes it possible to view prices with or without VAT at the legal rate in force, according to the customer's preference;
5.2. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice;
5.3. Compulab reserves the right to modify at any time the information and the commercial offer presented on products, prices, promotions and commercial conditions and services;
6. Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity
6.1. In accordance with Law 144/2015, of September 8, in the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the CACCL - Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa
