Guarantees<\/h3>

The guarantee is given by the manufacturer. Compulab will fully respect the guarantee conditions given by the manufacturers.
Generally warranties are 1 year.
The guarantees given by the manufacturers represented by Compulab DO NOT cover:<\/p>

  • Cost of transporting damaged material under warranty to and from Compulab's facilities;<\/li>
  • Damage caused by improper or abusive use or transport outside the equipment's original boxes;<\/li>
  • Damage caused by poor protection of the equipment (eg electrical discharges).<\/li><\/ul>

    <\/p>

    Returns and Exchanges<\/h3>

    1. The customer can exchange or return the product up to 14 days after delivery and must have the purchase document. If the customer opts for optional design and\/or printing customization services, the order cannot be exchanged or returned.

    2. Products to be returned must be in perfect condition, complete and properly packaged in their original packaging and without signs of actual use.<\/p>

    3. Under no circumstances will returns of open software or those with a damaged warranty seal be accepted.

    4. Transport costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    5. Items to be returned\/exchanged must be sent or delivered to the Compulab store, indicating the Invoice number and customer name.

    6. The shipment must be preceded by a telephone contact to the Compulab store telephone number.

    7. Upon receipt of the items and duly checked in accordance with point 2., a refund voucher or refund of the amount paid for the product will be issued.

    Shipping Methods<\/h3>

    Portugal - Continental

    Compulab store
    Free withdrawal. Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days after ordering, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.

    Courier - Delivery to the customer's address. Your order will be delivered to your home within 2 to 4 business days, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. If you cannot receive your order, a notice will be left so that you can pick it up at the nearest post office. The shipping cost is shown at the time of ordering.

    CTT EMS 18 - Delivery at the customer's address. Your order will be delivered to your home by 6 pm the following day, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation. If you cannot receive your order, a notice will be left so that you can pick it up at the nearest post office. The shipping cost is shown at the time of ordering.

    Portugal - Islands

    Courier - Delivery to the customer's address. Your order will be delivered to your home within 2 to 4 business days, subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
