Selling conditions

1. The product may not be available in the store.
Promotions valid for existing units in stock. Compulab reserves the right to set a maximum number per customer.
Prices are valid during the promotion except for spelling, photo or out of stock errors.
The photos may not match the description.

2. Your order will be processed immediately after payment confirmation;

3. In the event that a certain item is missing, you will be contacted within 24 hours by the Compulab store that manages your order, with a replacement suggestion or information on its availability. After confirmation by the customer, the order will be treated properly;

4. Cancellations

4.1. If after 48 hours of sending the email from Compulab confirming the order, payment of the order does not occur, Compulab reserves the right to consider it canceled, with the items being put up for sale again;

4.2. It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been processed by the Compulab store;

4.3. In case of order errors attributable to the Compulab store, the customer will receive the correct item at no additional cost within the established deadlines;

4.4. It is not possible to return the postage in case of order errors attributable to the customer;

5. Pricing Policy

5.1. The website makes it possible to view prices with or without VAT at the legal rate in force, according to the customer's preference;

5.2. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice;

5.3. Compulab reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on products, prices, promotions and commercial conditions and services;

6. Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity

6.1. According to Law 144/2015, of 8 September in the event of a dispute the consumer may resort to CACCL - Center for Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts in Lisbon
